Nebo Land Opportunities
IAHT is keen to deliver dwellings to support the development of affordable housing in the Nebo region. The current opportunities in Nebo include:

New Moranbah Development
Work is in progress to build 16 units of affordable accommodation in Moranbah, on the corner of Akrana Terrace and Mills Avenue. This will be a combination of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units and five of the units will be NDIS gold star rated.
