PLANS

Isaac Affordable Housing Trust has a number of future partnership opportunities, including:

  • Continuing residential development of our current vacant land parcels

  • Acquirement of further land parcels for additional developments

  • Ongoing maintenance and renewal support on existing developments

  • Moranbah Land Opportunities

    IAHT has vacant blocks of various sizes in Moranbah capable of delivering dwellings to progress much needed development of affordable housing in the region. The current opportunities in Moranbah include:

    Another of IAHT’s future development project opportunities is the proposed Daintree development, with an existing development approval in place for further dwellings alongside our current Sirius Street development. The opportunities in Clermont include:

New Moranbah Development

Work is in progress to build 16 units of affordable accommodation in Moranbah, on the corner of Akrana Terrace and Mills Avenue. This will be a combination of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units and five of the units will be NDIS gold star rated.

Proudly funded by the Resources Community Infrastructure Fund – a voluntary partnership between the Queensland Government, Participating Mineral Resources Industry Parties, the Queensland Resources Council and its members.
