The Isaac Affordable Housing Trust is a fair and ethical landlord who believes its tenants are the lifeblood of their communities. The financial return from the rentals received from the dwellings is reinvested back into the properties while excess funds are used to top up capital for future projects.
Rental Eligibility
The Isaac Affordable Housing Trust builds and manages accommodation for essential and key service workers and their families. Two or three-bedroom units, that are affordable and suitable for long-term stays, are rented to tenants based upon set criteria, such as the applicant’s average income, number of dependents and size of the property.
