The Isaac Affordable Housing Trust (IAHT) bridges the housing gap to facilitate social and economic outcomes across the region. We build and manage quality affordable accommodation for essential and key service workers and their families. Two or three-bedroom units, that are attractive and suitable for long-term stays, are rented to tenants based upon set criteria such as the applicant’s average income, number of dependents and size of the property.
